The insertion and removal process of Serenity Choice ear plugs is super easy. Simply insert the filter first, and then grip the ear tip using the tongue to insert and remove safely.

Please note that cleaning your ear tips is recommended daily. Simply remove the filters first, and wipe clean using a warm damp cloth or Phonak C&C Disinfectant Wipes.
